The new issue of the Tutt Library Chronicle is now available in print at the library and online as a PDF document.
Articles in this issue include:
- the cover story on the fulltext database Early American Imprints
- a case study of a student writing a thesis at CC
- "Synergy Through Proximity"; the Library and the Learning Commons
- virtual reference services
- new items in Special Collections
- and the biggest overdue fine ever!
The story about several long overdue items "Biggest Overdue Fine Ever!" prompted a CC staff member, who will remain anonymous, to return two books on statistical methods that he has had for many years. I'm not sure how long, but they were classified in the Dewey Decimal sytem, long ago abandoned at Tutt for the Library of Congress system.
