New Tutt Library web site

We have redesigned the Tutt Library website in an effort to make it easier for you to use and for the library to maintain and update.

We know that it may be disorienting if you are used to the old site, but we believe that after you spend just a little time on the new site, you'll find yourself right at home. If you need help finding something or have comments or suggestions for us, please let us know.

Here are some of the features of the new site:

  • Subject guides: Rather than just giving you an alphabetic list of databases, librarians have created subject guides to help you find the most useful sources. Of course, we still have alphabetic lists of databases, too.
  • How-to's in the sidebar: You can click on questions in the "How to" section and see quick answers, then navigate to longer answers if necessary.
  • Live daily hours: The top right corner of most library web pages now displays the correct hours for the day. Click on the hours to see the full hours page.
  • More ways to contact us: In addition to the Ask a Librarian page with contact info for the ref desk via email, instant messenger, phone, and in person, most librarians now have web pages with contact info and one-click email forms. You can IM some librarians right from their web page.
